Terms of service

These terms govern your use of Klosemore, the website at klosemore.com, and the product at app.klosemore.com, operated by Ars Ratio. By creating a workspace or using the service you agree to them. Questions: raitis@arsratio.co.

The service

Klosemore is an intelligence layer over your CRM. It reads the sales data you connect, flags deal risk, answers questions about your pipeline, and drafts follow-ups. It does not replace your CRM, and it only writes back to it what you explicitly approve.

Beta status

Klosemore is in private beta. That means the service is free for founding teams, features can change or break, and we may onboard, pause, or offboard workspaces as capacity allows. We will always be straight with you about what changed. Public pricing will be published at launch; nothing switches from free to paid without clear notice and your consent.

Your account

You need an account to use the product. Keep your credentials to yourself and tell us if you think your account was compromised. You are responsible for what happens under your workspace, including making sure you have the right to connect the CRM and mailbox data you connect.

Your data

Your data stays yours. We claim no ownership over anything you connect or create in Klosemore. How we handle it is covered by the privacy policy. You can disconnect integrations or delete your workspace at any time; because your originals live in your CRM and mailbox, leaving is one click.

Acceptable use

• Do not use Klosemore to break the law, or to process data you have no right to process.
• Do not probe, overload, or attempt to breach the service.
• Do not resell or white-label the service without a written agreement with us.

AI outputs

Signals, answers, and drafts are generated by AI and can be wrong. They are decision support, not decisions. Read a draft before you send it; check a number before you report it to your board.

Warranties and liability

The service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. During the free beta, our total liability to you is limited to EUR 100. Once paid plans exist, it will be limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Termination

You can stop using Klosemore and delete your workspace at any time. We can suspend or terminate a workspace that breaks these terms; where reasonable, we will warn you first.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced to active workspaces with the updated date shown above. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia, and disputes go to the courts of Latvia, without limiting any consumer rights you hold in your own country.
