# Klosemore

> Klosemore reads a sales team's Pipedrive deals and the notes behind them, and flags the open deals that just broke, with the sentence each flag came from.

Klosemore sits on top of the CRM a team already runs. Nothing moves: no import, no migration, and it never becomes the system of record. Today it works with one CRM, Pipedrive. It is onboarding design partners now: three to five teams, one at a time, from October 2026.

## What it does today

- Pipedrive: it connects over OAuth and reads deals, contacts, organisations, activities and notes. On Pipedrive plans with Email Sync, it also reads the mail Pipedrive attaches to a deal or a contact.
- Signals: one row per open deal that needs attention, with the reason and the evidence it came from.
- Promises: it finds a sentence in a note, a logged activity or a synced mail that promises something by a date, and flags the deal two days after that date if nothing since shows it was kept. The flag quotes the sentence.
- Chat: ask about the pipeline in plain words. Answers point at the records behind them.
- Tasks you approve: from a flag, it shows the Pipedrive task it would create (what it says, when it is due, the deal, who it is assigned to) and writes it only when you confirm. It writes nothing to Pipedrive until you confirm.
- Data: it runs in the EU, in Frankfurt. Neither Klosemore nor the model providers it uses train models on your data.

- Fireflies, Q1 2027. Call transcripts will sit on the same timeline as the notes, so it will read promises and unanswered objections from calls too.

## Coming after that, undated

- It will draft replies from the thread, with the files attached, and send them from the rep's own Gmail only when you approve.
- It will read your calendar and prep each meeting: the last conversation, the open promises both ways, the risks and who is new on the thread, each line with its source.
